Shipping Damage

Collar Leash does not break unless crushed by strong power that it became crumpled out of package. but if the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please include a note stating the package is appears damaged when signing the shipper proof-of-delivery slip. or please refuse to accept it from the carrie when you selected the insured method. it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier immediately.
Please open all packages immediately and check contents if you received your product.in order to serve you better, we request that you also inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes within 3 days of receiving them. You must be notified of any damage or other problems within 3 days of receiving your products.

Wrong Products Received

If you will receive an incorrect product when we make a mistake in shipping. please contact us within 3 days of receiving order. We will ship you the correct product and we will pay the shipping costs both ways. and we inform you how to return product.

Return

All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving in its original packaging that it was received in and sent back to us using an insured method such as USPS GEM with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for original and returning shipping charges applicable import duty and tax on all exchanges We do not charge restocking fee but might charge Bank or Credit Card refund fee if it is necessary. We will decide if an item is returned to us unused, in its original condition. an exchange or refund. Please contact us first if you wish to return any products.
No custom or personalized orders may be returned or exchanged and all sales are final, as they are made to order.

The product photography is very important in online store. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site by EIZO professional LCD display. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your display monitor or monitor calibration and gamma , We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color, texture, or datail of actual product will be accurate.

Warranty and Care

Dogs is not always "Lovely baby" or "Sweet angel".They run wild, mud-wallow play madly and bite collar or lead. it is a dog's life, so we can not provide guarantee for our product. However if any problems within one month with the materials. We exchange or repair our product.
If the collar or lead gets muddy or salt water, please take it rinse by fresh water and hand wash with natulal shampoo, wipe the metal fittings and dry it in the shade. always allow collar or lead to dry naturally away from direct heat.
